Just stumbled onto the Flying Tomato website

and arrived here as well! We are beginning

a fledgling Farmer’s Market here in Highmore.

Right now we have more questions than

produce, due to a hailstorm last week. One of

our questions concerns baked or canned goods

such as jellies sold at your market. Do these

have to be prepared in kitchens that are

inspected and approved?? Is your produce

subject to standards set by govt. agencies??

This is new to us and we appreciate any and

all input.
